Ember & Oak opened on Marina Walk in 2019. The idea was simple: Dubai has plenty of loud restaurants, we wanted one that feels like a slow evening in. Dim lighting, linen tables, and a kitchen that cooks over real flame.
Executive chef Lina Farouk leads a small team of twelve. Menus change weekly based on what arrives from local farms and the fish market that morning. Nothing is pre-made; nothing sits under a heat lamp.
